How do I get a login and password?
Customer logins are set up by DSP. Contact
your DSP representive to get this arranged.
What
can I do in DSP's Client Access Area?
You can upload artwork files and instructions for new jobs,
or view and approve, disapprove or ask for modifications for
ongoing projects.
What
do I do if I forget my login or password?
Your login is always your email address. If you have changed
your email address, let you DSP
representive know. If you have lost your password,
click here,
enter you email address and your password will be emailed
to you!

What
kind of files can I upload?

How
will I know that you have received my upload?
Our system automatically dispatches emails to the correct
DSP personnel when you upload a file.
How
will I know there is a file for me to review?
An email notification is automatically sent to you when we
post files for you to log on and review here.
What
do I do if I am not getting emails from you?
First, make sure our emails are not going to your spam folder!
If so, set your email software to always allow email from
us. If this isn't what's wrong, contact
your DSP representive to make sure we have your correct email
address.
What
do I do if I get an error or have problems?

with a short description of what happened with any error messages
you may have received, or call
your DSP rep!
